During my visit yesterday Costa had run out of multiple milk alternatives. This resulted in me buying food from Costa as my friend had already brought something then going to Neros to get a coffee and eating outside. During this cold snap - far from ideal. No notices or anything up.
Lovely coffee, service and choice of desserts in Neros just across the square.
Dietary restrictions: Only soya available during my visit, no signs up. Very disappointing.

A good location, particularly in the afternoon sunshine. Friendly staff, great flat white coffee, hot chocolate and mince pie (gluten free).

food and drink were great. sadly the staff were rude... whilst taking my order the lady kept turning round and speaking to her colleagues and other customers. I had to keep repeating my order.
I had keep reminding the man making the drink that I had oat milk as he gave me normal cows milk which I can not drink. eventually my order was correct.
staff need be aware and pay attention with milk which was worrying

Very poor service. Very slow. Only half seating available yet busy. When asked to sit in other section they told me to sit outside! Drinks only available in paper cups. Plus no brown sugar Avoid!!

It is one of the old squares with different kind of high street shops. In sunny day Nero or Costa have outside sitting and one can enjoy people watching.

popular cafe on the Square but didn't need to wait for a table. nice coffee and cakes etc. Great Location when there is music on and you can sit outside

I have never been in a costa coffee and never will overpriced by the look of it over £4 for a coffee many of which have a third of the recommended daily calories so unhealthy for you and your wallet

The drinks are now rather expensive. Christchurch Shop had no jugs for milk nor pots for water and instead used takeaway cups as the dishwasher was 'broken' but the tables were cleared efficiently, unlike the Southbourne Shop which always has trays full of empty cups, mugs, plates etc., left on the tables for a great deal of time and their toilets seem to be constantly dirty.
