Food was delicious but I don?t think I?ve ever waited so long to be served. We waited over 30mins for a panini although our 1st coffee was served right away so had no coffee left to wash it down. We then ordered another coffee to have with the cake that we?d been served along with the 1st one which took over 10mins for us to be served that one. Speed of food preparation needs to improve a lot

Lovely little place in centre of Christchurch. Decent food selection and the price is very fair for the portions. Had salmon avocado toast for a light brunch and left feeling quite full! Staff were very friendly. Service, while a bit slow, was plenty satisfactory.

Overall not a great experience. We went a few weeks ago and had the same problem but thought we try it again to see if it was better but won?t be returning! Over 35 mins wait for two teas and cake, took so long I wondered if the cake was being baked. Not a very nice atmosphere with lots of miserable customers and quite a few complaints!

Good selection of food and drinks, not too pricey. Lovely place to sit and chat but very small. Always seem busy, service can be slow. But overall a very enjoyable visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Small step in door way but there is seating outside.
