Tries for 2 days to call you with no answer , I have a 85 year old mum that would like to buy some products but wanted to know if in stock as did not want to make 2 journey , I guess we buy John Lewis now .

The Christchurch branch of Car Phone Warehouse in Currys is worse than useless. Lazy and incompetent staff who clearly just don't want to be there.

Don?t bother trying to contact this store as you?ll only get awful music. Don?t they employ human beings anymore. Went to another company to get the phones I needed for my company. They at least wanted my custom !!

Waited 10 mins for a representative and the guy in charge of who should serve me was most dismissive and rude when I complained to him. Curry's need to give their managerial staff lessons in customer relations. Will never use Curry's again.Not that anyone from Curry's will take any notice of this review but they certainly will when customers do not use their stores. Not even worth one star.

Helpful member of staff. Only downside were that the phones we wanted werent in store to take away. Will have to go back and collect them..

Twice we've been to the Poole branch at different times to buy a new mobile. Stood waiting to be served by sales person who is serving a customer. Waited quite a while, no other staff to serve so we left. Would have purchased a new phone but, have now gone elsewhere. Poor customer service. Needs more staff!

Jan managed to sell my mum a phone and change the network without my mum realising she was moving away from O2 - that's not okay! Mike, the manager was amazing at trying to resolve the problem later when we realised! 1 star fro Jan, 5 stars for Mike - hence 3 stars.

Popped is yesterday for my daughter as her phone had packed up. Shannon greeted up with a smile and managed to accommodate a very set in her ways stubborn 16 year old.Left with a new phone and one very happy 16 year old. Thanks Shannon.
