Russell at The Carpet Barn and Bed Store was fantastic! He pulled out all the stops to help source my exact requirement of a King size ottoman bed with mattress - not too hard, not too soft - with next day delivery, for an unexpected guest arriving. He made numerous phone calls to secure the individual items and made special arrangements to have it delivered at a time when I finished work, keeping me informed by phone of the timings. In store they had a set of lovely soft pillows and a mattress protector, so I didn?t have to go tearing around elsewhere. The next afternoon, the friendly delivery team set up the new bed in the upstairs bedroom, took away all the rubbish and the old divan and mattress. Perfect! I would highly recommend buying from this store in the future, they were absolutely brilliant! Thankyou!!!

Don't let this business level your flooring if you have issues afterwards they will tell you they are not building or flooring contractors (there words). There complaint process has taken over two months with many broken promises regarding appointments and communication. Great product, poor business selling it, do yourself a favour and don't be pulled into the "deals" great if you don't have any problems very bad if you have issues after the purchase.As per there response, they reviewed and quoted on floor. They are NOT flooring contractors, yet they will take your money with no advice or support and if there are issues they take months to respond. Two months to give feedback on a complaint should tell you everything you need to know about a business!

I have been delighted with the service I have recieved from buying to delivery, the carpet fitting by Sam was fantastic, the delivery of my bed, headboard and mattress was also 1st class, I cannot recommend this company enough.Good old fashion customer service, Thankyou and very reasonably price.

Called into the Christchurch store today and Russell couldn?t have been more helpful, no hard sell, just great advice. We bought exactly what we needed, great value for money and Russell even organised very last minute delivery for us which helped us out no end, would highly recommend, thanks so much for all of your help

Great service and competitive price. They were very helpful in the branch (Christchurch) and did everything to help us choose the right carpet. We had our bathroom floor done by the xchurch store 12 months ago laying an expensive vinyl, all the edges were siliconed, great. EXCEPT what I did not expect to have to do is get down and remove all the silicone cause it had turned brown and horrible in 12 months. Will never return.

Great variety to choose from, great advice from the staff who helped us chose the perfect carpet for our hall, stairs and landing. Russell accommodated us by doing the measurements and estimate the same day. James, the carpet fitter arrived and did an amazing job, even improving the layout into the kitchen doorway. Very happy we went into the store as the service and communication throughout the sale and fitting mean we are very satisfied! Thanks very much!!

Have just had my static caravan fitted out with carpet. The two fitters who turned up were brilliant, we were unable to remove all furniture but they worked around this moving sofa and beds before making a superb job of the fitting. Would have given 5* but there was a mix up with appointment times. However would recommend if you are looking for new carpets
