Zero stars!!! Absolutely awful customer service.Firstly I got served by the worst filthy long finger nails I have ever seen. Then got treated so rudely when returning a faulty item. For the sake of £5.79 is it really worth upsetting a customer who usually spends a lot of money in your shop. Not only that the bad publicity... read full comment

Staff used to be so nice and friendly but new staff don't know stock service slow and manager rude! Not as cheap as used to be and often only 1 person so longer wait especially with balloons
