I visit many Cafe Nero outlets all over the country and in my opinion this is the best. The staff are always helpful and friendly and unlike some Neros they are well trained and deliver good drinks consistently. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful service, the barista couldn?t speak to me professionally and when I addressed my problem she didn?t even apologise as it was her mistake for not following basic company procedures. The drink I asked for took way too long to make as well as it was cold. Don?t recommend it at all, on previous occasions my order was never made correctly and they never even offered to make a new one.

The guy who served me was so polite, he even washed my manky cup out for me because I forgotten I used it and it was gross inside. He was very kind with my 3 year old, just please always check babyccinnos before giving them to kinds, I know sometimes it's an accident but it was boiling hot under the foam which wasn't hot,
Quick service though, polite staff on shift. Smaller than the store I'm used to going to so felt really cramped but tidy and lots of other customers about so obviously a good store :)

It can be very difficult for a wheelchair and assistance dog to get about in there, and they are slow at getting your drink and cake/sandwich
