Went in today 10/1/25, I took 5 beautiful fishing books as my dad had recently passed of heart problems, I handed them to a man and he just took them from me, without a smile or a thank you, this is the second time I have given him very saleable items, and he just walked off to the back of the shop. I won't be bringing anything else to this charity shop as I felt he could have at least said thank you. Dawn

Badly priced just like the rest of the charity shops in Christchurch. Things like primark sandals and worn clothing are more than what they cost new from the shop never understood it.

This shop is in the middle of Christchurch high street and is accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs. There is a large section of ladies clothes, taking up several rails and also a good selection of mens clothes, the children's area is small but has clothes, books, videos and toys/cuddlies. There is a largish amount of jewelery for sale as well as a good selection of handbags. The book section is well stocked and there is a good selection of DVDs, CDs & videos always available. There is also a large section of new ornaments and a large section for all the secondhand bric-a-brac. The staff are usually fairly helpful and friendly and the shop itself is clean and tidy.
