Nana, the pharmacist, dealt with my problem and after a consultation, was able to reassure me and prescribe antibiotics. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this chemist.

Pharmacist OK, however the rest of the STAFF ARE VERY RUDE! Not once have I ever been in there and come out feeling satisfied with the service. walked in one day, shop completely empty, got completely ignored whilst 3 staff members continued chatting even though they had seen me. After waiting and having to interrupt their chat I was then spoken to and treated like I was a total inconvenience, I mean how dare I ask for my prescription!. I then asked for some over the counter medicine and again got spoken to like I was stupid. These staff are the rudest and most unhelpful I have ever come across, especially the older one! I absolutely hate having to go in there but unfortunately it's the only pharmacy around unless I want to travel further. If I could give a Zero rating, I would!

They are so useless, standoffish and rude here. I hate having to collect my medication here, the staff make it a really unpleasant experience. I cannot count the amount of times they've not had my prescription because they've not reordered for me and NEVER have I had a satisfactory excuse just denial and blame shifting, why after 16+ years picking up my medication monthly are these mistakes being made and why can no one say why?

Absolutely the worst service you could receive at Boots Bransgore all caused by the long term rude, disrespectful staff, no care given at all here and they should really shut this store they aren?t doing their jobs properly and they don?t care. I would enjoy naming and shaming but everyone knows who works there! I will be going elsewhere from now on before there is a severe error and accident and someone gets given the wrong medication , would advise everyone else doing the same thing. Boots - look at your staff.

Staff are horrible and rude, look at you like you belong on the bottom of their shoe. Oh did I mention they out right lie to your face ? thank god there are plenty of other places.

It is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Staff is rude and inefficient. I have just been there and was told the surgery have not send it over. I got a message from my doctor this morning to say that my prescription has gone over, walked back to the surgery to find out and it was send over this morning. Now who is blaming who. Why don?t they put efficient staff here. Bransgore has two medical practices, so it is very busy. The attitude is, if you are not happy, then go elsewhere. I am not travelling to Sainsbury with the price of petrol. We need to get the service standards to where it should be. Top Management should get involved here.

Unreliable, expect long waits and partially filled prescriptions. I've never seen a pharmacy struggle so much with so many staff. I suppose it's the constant rework.

I see alot of reviews defending the staff here but there are one or two pharmacists that are absolutely vile and rude. There's nothing wrong with systems or it being a boots HQ issue. The amount of times I've been told nothing here for you and its a simple case of someine not refreshing the computer behind the counter. As close as it is to twin oaks I'll drag my broken leg to sainsburys pharmacy from now on!
