Amazing service. Came in for some cream for insect bites. A lovely lady, whose name I sadly did not get, said I could see the pharmacist for some advice. The pharmacist saw me immediately and was equally fabulous giving me some antibiotics for infected bites from holiday. They also put my shopping aside when I saw the pharmacist. First class service! Thank you!

Such a waste of time .
Other day my sis ask to get her medication with is been showing available exec Christchurch Saxon square Boots pharmacy. Including still showing available. But stuff didn't give it to me . I don't think rude, un educated people supposed to work there !!!!!!!

Had to use the pharmacy in Saxon square Christchurch . The lady that served me(I think her name was Emma )gave exemplary service today . She was patient and went over and above to sort me out despite the demands of what seemed to be a very busy pharmacy. She is a credit to the business, I wish she worked in my local Boots

Why an earth have a pharmacy and have it completely shut and not even be able to buy over the counter medicine in a Sunday? At least advertise that it's shut. Wasted trip, ended up having to go to Castlepoint where Boots has the nous to open the whole store, not just bits of it.

Very good system texting you when your tablets are ready. However, waiting time in store to get served is atrocious. Assistant has said they need more staff but serving has been bad at the pharmacist for months now.

The Pharmacy was well resourced with staff when I went in during the Christmas rush. The Pharmacist went to a lot of trouble to quickly obtain a prescription item which was not stocked at any high street Pharmacy. I am grateful as I can now start taking it before the Christmas shutdown.

On October 16th 5:00 pm. I finished work early in to pick up a prescription. I?m not sure but I would guess the woman was racist. She did not take any notice or have the common decency to engage and let me know she was aware I?d been standing waiting. She spoke to the lady in front of me regarding her employment in the Boscombe branch of 17 years and her service of two years in Christchurch! They spoke about kids, medicine etc? she disappeared off for a further five minutes to speak with the pharmacist but looking back, she was doing this on purpose. The desperate lady at the till even recognised if she?s honest, that is been ignored! She needed this woman?s help and glanced at me?needless to say, again?I was last priority. Once she said good bye to the mother with the hyper child! She put her head down carried on doing something else and when she was ready 20 minutes later, she decided to help me. How she has a job? No idea. I have owned a business for over 14 years and have never witnessed such blatant discrimination. Of course I told friends after, they knew exactly who and apologised for her ignorance. Yes, I could go to another branch but why should I!? I live in Christchurch. No, response or explanation will help this situation. I just needed another person or persons to know about my experience
