Love it here but last evening the waiter plonked my coffe down quite unfriendly and was in a grubby holed sweatshirt. Then the food arrived which was as good as always but the girl was in a filthy white t-shirt top. I really detest uniforms but please be at least clean. It matters.

The service Mustafeeh from Bangladesh was awesome he is good and kind guy
He made us so comfortable while eating the food .

This place is like the weatherspoons pub and Fridays restaurants but in old style of tables and chairs and the food tastes different to all food I've been matched with so I would like to come in again soon

Love this place. I am a fairly regular visitor. Food is always pretty good, staff are friendly and it's good value for money compared with other places seem to charge these days.

What a kind gesture. My card payment failed twice, and ended up having to limit my spend to the cash I had on me. Thank you for your treat. It made it taste all the sweeter.

Went here for lunch with the family, a really nice place, a lovely venue, and big too.
Got seated straight away.
Menu is good, quite a long wait for food, considering it didn't seem that busy.
The food was ok, except for the side of sweet potato chips, which was a joke, four pounds twenty for I kid you not 16 chips, that's about 26p per chip ?, guys sort it out.
Overall nice place, bit expensive and stingy portions.

Nice looking restaurant with nice menu. Staff were either half asleep or rude. No sense on the pricing. (either 2 glasses of wine or 1 coke zero with a £1 surcharge!!? - how cheap is this wine?!)
Some food was ok, the tapas was nice. The Chicken curry and the children's meal was disgusting and inedible. The chips were burnt within an inch of their lives, the falafel burger was dry and horrible and the curry was awful. Tasted like pineapple flavoured dish soap.
One of the waitresses was moping around and the manager had a look of distain when he came to clear the plates.
Would avoid unless you like to break your teeth on chips and enjoy wine made of turpentine.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect place to stop for food or just a drink. We were a group of 6 with 2 young children and the games available and the kids menu was a huge hit - the fact they could build their own dinner was a huge bonus and shows it was thought through!! All adults equally enjoyed all the food and the cocktail happy hour was great!! Would definitely return.

Nice food and very cute decor. Reasonable prices. But it took ages to be served, ages for the food to come and the music was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think, let alone have a conversation!

Waited 45 minutes for food and then the fried egg and toast were really hard as if they had been sat for a while. Disappointing after such a long wait.

We went to Arcado Lounge while visiting Christchurch last week and it was a great experience from start to finish. Lovely atmosphere, great decor, and child friendly. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and accommodating to us and our 2 small children. The food was tasty and great value. I'd recommend it over and over.
