Uneven cut which started from the side with shaky hands and an unsure stylist. Shame, they were brilliant for years before lockdown, nothing like it was before with no old friendly faces.

Really great haircut and colour, if you're willing to pay for it (it is a little on the expensive side). I went here for a re-style and it was totally worth the extra money, but I won't return for trims that could be done perfectly adequately, cheaper elsewhere. Really nice customer service. Great coffee!!

disappointed with my blowdry which I paid 35GBP for with the senior stylist (top price) My hair is long, fine and straight and I was looking for a big bouncy blowdry so I could feel glam for my 40th birthday. After I had my hair washed the stylist said that my hair was very fine and seemed unsure what to do. She blowdried it as normal and set my hair in velcro rollers, told me to leave them in for a couple of hours and take them out just before I had to leave for my party. I did as instructed and within 30 mins my hair was completely flat. I feel like I wasted money on something I could have literally done at home myself! Very disappointing service.
