Worst coffee I've had. Ordered americano and a latte, could not tell difference between them. Bacon bap not very nice either, best to avoid this cafe.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed! Openly saying do u have to serve, rude, sat around chatting with no acknowledgement of customers waiting.

Does exactly what you need for a small beach cafe of its type and size - nice staff - always really friendly - decent snacks, well stocked drinks and ice cream. Coffee better than the cafe across the way. Nice place to sit and beach watch. We love it as part of our Charmouth visits

Father's Day. I ordered four hot meals with four drinks. Our number was called so I went to collect and politely pointed out to the server,the owner I assume, that it was incorrect and there were some items missing. She asked what I'd ordered, so I reminded her. Again, politely. She was quite rude, checked the receipt and came back to tell me that the items I had were what I'd paid for. I was getting impatient now and replied that it wasn't what I'd asked for so it was their mistake. She asked what was missing, I told her. She said I'd have to wait in the queue for the missing items and charged me the full amount. The lad serving did say that he probably didn't hear what I'd said when he took my order. Fair enough, this happens, I'm fine with that. I was really annoyed with her rudeness, lack of any accountability and no apology. The food was bloody awful too, as though it had been cooked hours before and then reheated. Greasy, dry and stale. So bad, even the seagulls didn't try and pinch any! I had great pleasure in throwing it in the bin, quite dramatically, right in front of her!

Great little Café. Refurbished and modernised in 2024. Only brought a tea and coffe but both were great tasting. Excellent super quick service. Highly Recommend

I'm really put off going here by the poor reviews. The location is nice but I'm worried I'll get bad service with long wait times.

Great little stop off on the way back to the car. Fab bacon and egg bap. I had a tea, nice, hubby said coffee was weak. Guess it depends on what you're used to! No water for dogs, which was a little disappointing. Had to ask and they asked for container back.
