I phoned this place to get a water leak fixed the woman on the phone said come right away so I left with in 10 mins. When I arrived I went to reception and a little scruffy mungral dog nearly bite me and grandad there needs to go to collage to learn basic customer service skills. I was told by the woman to take my van right into the lift but grandad there said i had to wait. I rate this place not even a 1 all the workers also had so much dirt on there face and hands it was caked in and looked like it had been there a good month.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

MOT, Service ?- great customer service. Good garage imo and certainly in 'my books' should my car need any attention before next MOT.Dropped car off first thing, however had not made it clear when booking, that I needed the car early afternoon.They fit it. I praise their flexibility and wish to help. Nice team.
