So we walk in at 12.30 on a Friday. Empty bar one table. Any chance of a ploughman’s and a beer? No - we’ve got people coming in 20mins. Please cut me a piece of cheese! No chance. So we walk out and they are £30 lighter - and people wonder why englands pubs are going to the wall.
