I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas from Broadstone store on Sunday at 7:20pm. After 70 minutes when they were supposedly out for delivery the store called me to say they couldn?t deliver and would refund, I said I would come and collect new pizzas which they agreed to, however when I arrived at the store, they said they had no pepperoni and no large bases, by then it had been 90 minutes since I placed my order and it was clear they didn?t want to supply us with food so I went to Dominos who were able to supply the pizzas we wanted within 15 minutes. Papa Johns did refund, but no compensation was made for the poor service. Whilst we were in the store another person came in who had just had the same experience and had been waiting 90 minutes also, she was there to get a resolution too. Customer service is just as bad, they just said that a refund had been issued but still no offer of compensation for the dreadful service. I will never order from them again.

Black long hairs in every single piece of food. Full of people who hardly speak English. Disgusting, dirty establishment. AVOID.

Hairs literally in the pizza and the garlic bread, if I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting, we won?t be eating from here again! (Ordered on 28/05/2025 at 10pm and picked up at 10:25pm)

Terrible,.placed order on just eat, kept seeing the delivery time change. Phoned the store directly to ask was told pizzas have been made but if the driver doesn't pick them up, they will be discarded because the shop is closing.
No apology or offer of refund. Or explanation.
Told to take issue with just eat.
Disgusting.
Rude mannered, terrible service.

Never ordering again. The last time we placed an order, which was several years ago, the delivery was so late and the staff were rude so we said ?never again?. But we decided to give them another chance - what a mistake that was!
The app?s tracker for a start, doesn?t work. So we called about 40mins after ordering to get an ETA and were told ?5-6mins max?. 25 minutes later, we called again . Initially we were told they had tracked the driver and he was at traffic lights nearby so should be a matter of minutes. But when pushed for reassurance he then said his system was down. After being on hold for a few minutes he came back and said they didn?t even have our order! Despite the payment going through they said they couldn?t even cancel our order because the system was down so we now have to go through the laborious task of doing a chargeback on our credit card! Never ever again. Save yourself the hassle and just stick with Dominos!!!

I ordered my pizza with a drink. The pizza was tasty but it arrived late and cold and the drink was forgotten. I also phoned up to make my order and explained and made very clear that I'll be paying by cash. When the delivery driver got here with my cold late Pizza he didn't have any change. By the time I realised he had forgotten my drink, the driver had gone. I called up the store to explain that I didn't receive my drink and asked for a refund, but unfortunately the person on the phone wasn't very helpful in terms of that and hung up on me once. However, I realise that we all make mistakes in life and I phoned them up again and just asked if they would be happy too supply me with a 10% discount instead next time I ordered if I ever ordered, however not so sure I will.

Pizza was tasty and the delivery was quick. Couldn?t finish the food as when I was biting into one of the pizza slices I pulled out a hair from my mouth and made me feel sick which put me off. On delivery the drink was forgotten. My partner phoned papa johns up to say the food arrived but no drink and the man at the store said we can have a free drink next time we order. But don?t think I want to order again now :(
