Always shut when pharmacist is at lunch, today shut because they couldn't dispense prescriptions, but I actually wanted to buy something not get a script. Very unreliable.

Needed something to help my skin, as I have breakouts and the lovely lady that helped me showed me what to use and what not to use as I have sensative skin. Ended up spending £20 on four items and they are incredible! Thanks for your help, see you soon ?

Literally problem after problem. Missing items. Saying it be ready on X day only to travel up there and told its not ready!Waited in queue today for like 30 minutes, 4 pharmacists around. Ignorig the phone. Only one young girl doing everything!Changing pharmaces to a more relient one.

My dad went in this morning on my behalf to see if they had finally received the prescription for all my medication I need to survive after I've had many issues getting them and have ran out, and was asked "are you sure she wants all of them because it will be a lot of work". I'd appreciate it if you didn't act like it was a massive inconvenience to provide me with vital medication, as is part of your job

Opening hours need to state that the pharmacy is actually closed from 12.30pm to 1.30pm!

Thought I'd just say 'you are appreciated for the service you are providing' I was feeling pretty unwell last week and picked up a prescription from you. The queue was out the door and I could see how hard you were working. You kindly put together my prescription all the while dealing with some rude, inpatient and obnoxious people. With a smile you give me my prescription, advised me on how I could save money on my repeat prescription and said ' I hope you feel better soon'... Thank you for your time and shame on those people who have nothing better to do then moan and winge at you.

Small by Boots normal shop, but they serve the local community very well.Usually very busy especially picking up prescriptions, but as they now text you when your one is ready, no unecessrsary queueing.
