I switched to Well from Boots a few months ago because of an ongoing worldwide shortage of medication and they have generally been helpful. However, I won?t be going back again after my last visit. A member of staff was extremely curt and rude to me for no reason I can think of other than prejudice related to me taking stimulant medication for ADHD. Please train your staff to do better.

Useless. Bridport branch has polite staff but incompetent service. Not for the first time, my wife's prescription was 'not on the computer', despite a text from her GP at 5:58pm yesterday saying it would be ready. Their IT system is beyond a joke, causing great inconvenience, long waits and wasted journeys.
Update 2 days later: finally got tablets and clear advice from a helpful pharmacist, but not before my wife had twice more been told they didn't have it. Then they 'found' it! The staff may mean well but the system is dreadful.

Prescription notified as ready for Friday. Queued Saturday morning, queue was out onto the street. Stayed for 10 minutes but little movement so came back at 2.30pm. Queued on street. Doors were shut at I think 2.45pm. About 25 people at that point shut outside the shop. No information from staff. Returned Monday 3pm ish. Huge queue out onto street. Didn't bother waiting. Returned 5.10pm. Doors were already shut. People had been waiting for over an hour. Got told by pharmacist (?) At 5.31they were shut and no more medication would be dispensed.Abandon Well! and try online pharmacy Pharmacy 4u. Good reviews from local community. Well Pharmacy is not worth using until the poor team there can sort out their staffing.

Drugs were found to be difficult to obtain, but they did their best to get hold of drugs as soon as they could, keeping me informed. Thankyou, not the easiest of jobs these days.

I don?t really have an experience with them they don?t answer the phone can?t get hold of anybody so there. At this point don?t even know if anybody works there!!
