Terribly rude,had medication that was due today and had spoken to them to make sure, only for a friend to collect them today, to be told that they have my medication, but I can't have it until Monday! The drs surgery said that's not the case and I should be able to get them today.Now my friend is having to drive from pharmacy to pharmacy trying desperately to find somewhere to collect.Absolutely dreadful service!!

I changed to Well from Boots but am disappointed that the customer seems to come at the bottom of their to do list. Four people in the dispensary and barely one bothers to serve. The waiting time is ridiculous. They are polite when they eventually serve.
