When I call Brudport Bramch I get an automated message thanking me for calling one of their local branches and telling me to go online, and thanks me for calling before hanging up! I'm calling because I need to talk to a human being. Drives me and I'm sure everyone else up the wall.

This branch is a disgrace, ‘fraud team’ never answer the phone. No one will sort out the mess that has been created by the staff at Bridport Branch and no one will call back or answer the phone!Disgusting, they are withholding money from an old ladies’ account through their own mistakes! Surely this is illegal! ...
