Most disappointing yesterday after having received great help previously. No one saw fit to attend counter and one staff member on the phone on what was clearly a social call never saw fit to raise his head in my direction. If that kind of service becomes the order of the day you will lose clients!

I've not often used this store so wasn't sure what I was looking for. the young lad was overly helpful. Managed to get my stuff delivered a couple of hours later even though it was busy. Top lad, very mucg went above and beyond
