Superdrug website states that dogs are now welcomed in all stores. Female member of staff shouted at me across the shop that my small dog was not welcome. Absolutely appalling and not what I expected after my dog was welcomed in other stores. You need to do better.

I had yesterday perhaps one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Whilst looking very confused at the makeup I was approached by a very helpful young lady, sorry do not know your name.She took into consideration my disability and dealt with it in an appropriate manner, provided basically me with my own personal shopper, I left feeling very special and with all the products I needed plus free items from instore deals.Thank you young lady you where marvelous.
