I am down here on holiday and my glasses broke. The staff in Scrivens could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and efficient and I discovered that Scrivens have 150 branches around the country so I will definitely be looking up my local branch.

Thank you! We were on holiday, and you and your team took the time to discuss my husbands eye problem and was able to advise us to attend A +E immediately. You helped us to find the correct bus and what to say when we arrived at the hospital. This was so much better than being fobbed off by receptionists in 2 previous opticians (well-known high street names). Two days later, my husband has had his operation back at our local hospital, so thank you. I personally believe you have saved his sight. Would recommend you to everyone.
