My experience online couldn't have been worse! So I gave up. I took my delivery card into the sorting office on a Saturday morning at 0800 before parking and market got busy. I am really glad I did, my parcel was handed over promptly and the member of staff was happy, courteous and efficient.

Very easy to rearrange delivery over the phone or collect parcels if I wish. Good service from the customer office. My mail and parcels are delivered by a very cheery postman.

When i moved to south walk ,bridport from charmouth, in 2019 our mail was nice and early between 10- 11am, but now in 2022 its well after mid day ps since writing this its ever later 13.45 to day and i only live 6 mins: wajk from the ofice; in bridport.
