I went to Livingstones yesterday and found such unbelievably helpful service. They showed extreme patience with me as I wasn't sure what I wanted. It was just like shopping used to be, individual attention and service for an elderly lady.

Bought a small amount of fabric for piping recently, but the one I'd chosen was out of stock. They called me up to tell me, and found another fabric of a similar colour match at a cheaper price. Very happy, as the new fabric is absolutely fine for my purposes. A larger company would never take the time and effort to find...
