Kennedys were absolutely amazing. My sister and I had to sell our dear mothers beautiful bungalow as poor mum has gone into care. Tina came to visit us on the 13th of Feb 2023 and we have completed the sale today the 24th May 2023!. Tina really appreciated the beauty of mums property and spent time with my husband and I that day, expressing professional confidence, kindness and sensitivity with our plight. We are not local to the area so a great deal was done by telephone and e mail with plenty of feedback and communication. We had also asked for another larger estate agent to value the property but there was no comparison and we immediately asked Tina if she and her small team would take it on for us.
