My first shaggy perm was great. The second one with a different stylist was a mess and 2 weeks later I went back to have it sorted out free, both times I paid £40 plus tip. The third time I asked how much before I booked and was told £70. I asked why and told them the last 2 perms only cost me £ 40 each and they denied... read full comment
