Fantastically helpful staff - front desk and technicians. Been having problems with front braking system overheating and there were problems detecting the cause. ETB spent 1.5 hours checking mechanics and running electronic diagnostics to find the problem. Turns out this is an electronic issue for the main dealer to solve. Thanks folks for all the time you spent on this and the very helpful advice provided.

Such kindness....Having done a five and a half hour mercy dash to Exeter in the middle of the night before, I ran out of oil on my return journey. Tired, traumatised and tearful, I asked for help from this centre. They not only topped up my oil for free, but also refilled my empty oil bottle to make sure I got home safely. I cannot thank you enough for your thoughtful, compassionate and kind help. Five stars are not enough. Thank you so very much! XXX

Didn?t put the nut and washer back on the oil pan properly after a routine service, the oil leaked out and I nearly totalled the engine on the way home.

Can't thank ETB Bridport enough. I has a problem with my brakes on the ice this morning. I dropped in when they opened and they gave my brakes a complete check and I had the ok by 8.30. AND no charge! I can drive back to the hospital to collect my husband this evening without worrying. THANK YOU.
