Unfortunately, I had an accident in the property in Cerne Abbas and ended up in A and E in Dorchester! I have sent many photos and updates to Diane, at this Company and although they assured me the broken chairs would be removed on our departure, they have completely overlooked the fact that our holiday was severely affected by my injury which meant I had to cancel booked aqua classes as I had dressings on my right hand and had trouble driving etc. Despite my painful discomfort, so we are still waiting for this all to be resolved. Not nice to be ignored when we have already left nice reviews! We won?t give up until this is acknowledged and dealt with properly by Dream Cottages???
