Went in on Sunday to see if I could order something I could not order on line with a gift card, the young gentleman was very professional and helpful an asset to the company

Didn't help at all and would.t see me an eye ointment I needed for an eye infection and couldn't offer a replacement ment. So walked out with a painfull infected eye still. Terrible service just a chainstore not a pharmacy

What has happened? Boots used to have so many staff; someone on the beauty counter, 1 or 2 manning prescriptions and over the counter medicines, floor staff who would jump on tills if needed, visible presence from the store manager. Now you wait 30-40 minutes to queue for the pharmacy, the staff look stressed, and the shop floor is a mess. I used to live shopping in here. So sad. Come on Boots

Pharmacy here is terrible, no fast collection as boots advertise. You'll be stood in a queue ten deep for an hour. Great if your work let's you do that. More often than not I've run out of my prescription before there's time to wait

Pharmacy closes for half an hour at 1:30. This is not mentioned on the website. So drove 25 minutes to get here to be told. Pharmacy was closed for half an hour.

To the young man with curly hair who works here and helped me look for a hair product last week, I would like to say thank you for your excellent customer service skills. I can safely say, this is the best customer service I have received anywhere in years!! To the manager, I would say this staff member needs congratulating in some way as he is a gem!
