“I had an issue with the brakes on my car whilst on holiday in the area, I didn’t want to make the long journey home with the issue if I didn’t need to. A quick search and “Unit 1” came up so decided to give them a call. I spoke to Chris who turned out to be the owner, what a nice guy and full of knowledge too. Turned out that my brake callipers were sticking and not allowing the pads to be released (or something like that) I dropped the car off in the morning and by mid afternoon Chris called to say it was ready. He’d done a great repair job and cleaned the calliper up nice and good. I have no doubt had I gone to a large mainstream garage they’d have charged me to replace the part at a hefty mark up but Chris did what was needed at a fraction of the cost of a new part. Many thanks and I will recommend you to anyone.”
