After purchasing a perfume, the alarm at the store entrance beeped as we were leaving. A staff member immediately called us back and, without making any effort to properly verify the situation, accused us of not paying for the item. Despite showing her the receipt and asking her to check with the cashier who served us, she dismissed this and said to us, ?I don?t need to check with them.?
Her tone of voice and overall approach were extremely rude, which made the experience more humiliating. When we pointed this out, instead of acknowledging our concern, she became defensive and simply said that ?the machine beeped.? Even after it was confirmed that we had purchased the item, she showed no remorse and failed to address the way she had spoken to us.
This conduct was deeply unprofessional and caused significant embarrassment and distress, as we were made to feel like we had stolen merchandise despite having proof of purchase.

The lad in the mens section was a great help! Really welcoming customer service, he gave great suggestions of what to look at of the stock. Very nice guy and now i have a cool shirt !

Horrible shop from the manager to the staff they are all trained to be rude !!! Please avoid this store the best Zara is Southampton one they have the best customer service and staff are friendly not like Bournemouth store the way they look at you like intimidate you also you there to spend money each time I go there I come out with spending a lot but not feeling great with the way the store is shame ?
Please change the manger and all staff as you see from other reviews that is not going well ?

My experience of the staff at Bournemouth is a very positive one.
I found Roxy and Nico exceptionally helpful, professional and engaging. I would not hesitate to recommend a visit this store.

Came in and got immediately confronted by an employee called Mike Oxlong, he then decided to slap me and kick me across the floor, police involved and I now have a permanent scar across my cheek.

They lost my parcel without any explanation. The only solution was for me to go to customer service and ask for a refund. I asked in the store (twice) and they told me that they did not know where the parcel was and that was it. No solution whatsoever. I felt like an idiot and no help was provided at all!!! Bad experience. I got a few emails saying that the parcel was at the store and then magically it wasn?t there!!! Strange

We took a pair of trousers back not worn and within time for an exchange time. Greeted with an attitude and made to feel like we stole them! The lady with the dark long hair was rude in the mens department and made no eye contact and actuallywalked away during the process without saying a word. I would not recommend shopping at Zara take your money to a better shop.
