I can only join to the other positive reviewers here, Winkworth Westboure are an excellent agency ! Any issues, they're sorting it out in a couple of days max. We've heard horror stories about incompetent rental agencies, but these people here are absolutely professional. Thank you for everything !

Alex, Fran and the team have gone out of their way to assist in securing great tenants for our property. Their communication has always been prompt, professional and courteous and nothing seems too much trouble. Would highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents! Getting a new property can be very stressful. I found that they were so easy to communicate with, the process was very simple, and they put me at ease. I?ve previously used other Estate agents which haven?t been so great, and to have found these guys has just been a breath of fresh air. Their professionalism is second to none! Especially Alex Marle whom is based at the Westbourne branch. He guided me step by step through everything, and kept in close contact to make sure I was happy with everything. Recently rented through Winkworth and cannot recommend their service any higher. I dealt with Alex and Fran, who were both credits to the team. Alex arrange my viewing and was flexible with my difficult work schedule to enable me to view with my partner. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding the property. Fran gave us the keys and handing over the inventory. She was warm, welcoming and gave us confidence to contact her over the weekend if there were any problems during move in. Sure enough, there were a couple of problems on move in and true to her word they were sorted out quickly. Overall a great service and I am confident their management of the property and my tenancy will be super. Thanks again!

Very bad service refused to fix the property that I was in and kicked me out as I didn?t pay rent and Iv asked them to fix the property since January 2023 so I?m giving them a one star and a very bad review

I am incredible grateful to the whole team of Winkworth & especially George. This year I bought my first flat and the team have been responsive, patient, kind and I felt held. I felt treated like an individual vs a potential buyer - with a trusted team on my side to go this journey. George would be super patient when I viewed the places as I needed to feel, imagine, ask questions. They also managed my previous home where rented and were always super accommodating and respectful what times I could have the new tenants view the place. Honesty, kindness, personal touch and respectful - a team I would highly recommend on your journey of renting out your place or buying a new one. Thank you all!

I can honestly say that Winkworth have restored my faith in estate agents. I rented a property for a year and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. George was my initial contact and the Alex throughout. Both great guys and I?m very pleased with the service I?ve received. I would 100% recommend and use for both rental and sales in the future.

Winkworths have been my estate agency for 3 years. I have mainly dealt with Alex who has been helpful, prompt and friendly. If I have had any problems, he has sorted it efficiently and has been great at communicating things. Winkworth also have a good team of contacts eg, electrician/plumber etc. I would recommend Winkworths as a good agency.
