Appalling. Have been waiting months a for a £467 refund due for 20 packs of laminate flooring that was dumped at the bottom of my stairs without me signing for the delivery (because I was going to cancel it). My refund is almost £200 short and now have been ghosted by Wickes customer service. Utter criminals

Absolutely dreadful experience. Booked an appointment to buy a kitchen. Travelled 25 miles,sat in 40 mins rush hour traffic jam. To be told the salesman had gone. No phone call, nothing. Waste of our evening, fuel and delayed the kitchen further. Clearly my money wasn?t good enough. Really disappointed.
