Newly renovated library at Castle point absolutely amazing and stunning has a cafe Nero tugged inside at the top has books and sections for everyone, including kids books and stories

New layout is very cramped, childrens section shelves are far to tall they can't even see the top. Selection of books massively scaled down. No space to browse as you are always in someone's way. Table by the door makes it tricky to get in/out. Not wheelchair or pushchair friendly as it is so cramped.
Bournemouth Arcade one is much nicer and more spacious.

I love the new location and layout, particularly happy to see a whole section dedicated to Sci Fi and Fantasy. Caffe Nero is on a mezzanine level and gives so much more space for books compared to the previous shop. Lovely open layout and enjoyable selection of books, very friendly staff - 5 stars!

After the change of store, it really isn't pushchair friendly. The shop nor the cafe Nero upstairs. A real shame.

Perfectly acceptable waterstones store. Nero in back books on the shelves ticks the boxes. If it was an animal, it would be a zebra. Called Zoe, who has the small glass that you look over the top of more than you look through them. They all look the same and blend in together but seem to be good at what they do.
