I?m always happy visiting Waitrose in Winton, but not today.
After a long day at work and before I go home, I stopped by Waitrose in Winton, to buy a few things. At the end I used the self checkout. On my way out I stopped by the recipe cards stand and while I was checking the recipes, one of the ladies employees, approached me and told me that I haven?t pay for the Green Core Pouch Bag Reusable Shopping Tote Bag, £2.
I felt so impressed in front of the other customers. So, without checking my receipt (that she could easily see her mistake), she asked me to go to the till and pay for the green tote bag. I was in a kind of shock situation. Even though I was sure I?ve scanned the bag?s barcode and I have already paid for that, I was ready to pay again the £2.
But thank goodness, I checked again the receipt myself and finally the other lady at the till, paid attention to me and found out the mistake.
I REGRET for 2 things:
Firstly I didn?t speak to a supervisor.
Secondly I didn?t ask for the footage of the (self checkout till) security cameras. Someone can say don?t make it a big deal for the the £2. The reason I?m writing this review is because the embarrassment was the same, no matter how low or high is the ?price?. There is no excuse for her reaction. She wasn?t professional at all. I?m very disappointed.
Please ?provide better training to your teams. At least they can treat customers with respect. Today the customer service was a big 0.

I shop here a lot and it?s generally good but I felt a bit annoyed today, I?m 29 and forgot my ID (which I shouldn?t even really need anyway) I have my baby with me, don?t look young for my age and wasn?t even allowed to buy a red bull. I am very clearly well past 16!! I can understand a no to alcohol but this was ridiculous. Particularly as I have never once been asked and this was the one time I forgot ?

Store was tidy. Coffee machine didn?t look too clean or was just tired. The white wall to separate way out looks horrible. Glass would look much better. Definitely not a Waitrose standard.

The worst waitrose I have ever come across. Every single delivery is between 30min -1hour late. Always blaming number of orders. Get more drivers then or stop accepting the orders. They do not store meat and fish properly and a lot of the times it arrives in inedible condition. A ton of substitutions on every order - if you do not have it, do not advertise it. Whoever manages the store should be sacked.

Absolutely disgusting service, went in to buy a drink I had a look at a different flavour of coke I've never seen and decided against it but after being followed and watched by security and accused of stealing telling me I've hidden a bottle of coke he watched me and it's on camera, I basically had to strip down before being believed and will definitely be taking legal action!
