A bunch of jokers, they just donâ??t care, I am without a phone for nearly 3 weeks as they didnâ??t send it for a replacement, I am covered by insurance.

AVOID AT ALL COST. TERRIBLE SERVICE, HOPELESS BROADBAND SIGNAL. I REPORTED THAT MY BROADBAND SPEED WAS 0.03 UPLOAD AND 0.02 DOWNLOAD, WAS PROMISED A CALL BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS BY THE ENGINEER. THREE DAYS LATER NO CALL, PHONED VF AGAIN. TOLD SAME THING, ENGINEER WILL CALL. TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED VF. THIS TIME,I AM TOLD THE SAME BUT THEY WOULD ALSO RING ME BACK TO SEE IF THE ENGINEER CALLED. SURPRISE, SURPRISE NO CALL.
HOW CAN VODAFONE TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SO BAD? WITH NO RESPECT OR SERVICE. I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT TREATS THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. GOODBYE VODAFONE, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.

have great service twice from this store. More recently one of the staff looked after me well whilst also seeing to others. Hope she gets promoted. Bought a Vodafone product which has proved good and will be using them for more things in the future.
