The best. They identify the problem ,solve it , make recommendations and follow up. With their prompt intervention, I may have lost my eyesight today. Sincerely, grateful to all the staff at Bournemouth Riverside Vision Express opticians and their staff.

the optometrist i saw was very helpful and explained everything to me clearly and in detail. she didn?t try to upsell me on contact lenses when i told her what i currently pay, she said they wouldn?t be able to beat that price. i did find that the other staff member who was based in the waiting area put a lot of pressure on me trying to convince me to buy additional products and sign up to trials i was not interested in. i was charged for my eye test despite telling them that my contact lens supplier offered free test vouchers. overall not very happy but the optometrist was great.

Had an emergency situation where I needed some spare contact lenses to get me home. The staff were wonderful and the lady sorted me out quickly which allowed me to get home. As an existing customer I wasn?t charged either! Thank-you so much. Life saver.

staff were rude and unhelpful. After 5 years and many pairs of glasses & paid eye tests i will NEVER use this company again based solely on the 2 rude women working in there today

Had the 'free' trial contact lenses and they ask me to return by appointment to see how they were etc. Two different people kept pestering to buy by monthly contract and i explained several times i DIDN'T want a monthly contract to purchase my contact lenses as wanted to buy when needed as was told when i first visited i could even then they kept pestering me . Then on leaving she said it was £34 for the half hour appointment! I protested saying i was told this was a FREE trial and there was NO mention of a charge for this check up appointment! She went and checked and returned to say they would wave the charge this time. So you should i said . Cheek of them , a sly way of getting you to pay for the FREE trial. Second time Vision Express let me down as i bought some prescription safety glasses £270 a couple of years ago from Lymington branch which came with a FREE repair service . Sometime later the flimsy plastic side shields broke , took them in for replacement side shields and was told they didn't replace them and would have to buy another pair! £270 . Told them Specksavers had replaced the shields free of charge on my previous safety glasses . So left very disappointed and had to buy a new pair from another opticians.

A very comprehensive eye test. Took longer than expected but not the least bit concerned as it was so thorough. I thought this would be rushed as the NHS are now picking up the bill (as I'm now classed as an "old git"). but it wasn't. 11 out 10 for quality of service. Regards, Simon?

The service I have received from vision express is always 10/10 .prompt next day delivery it?s very impressive as I always leave it to the last minute to re order my lenses and they always come up trumps. Wouldn?t go anywhere else.Thankyou Team @ vision express your amazing ?

Aisha the optometrist was amazing, I listened to her advice and we ended up deciding I needed 3 pairs of glasses plus a referral to the hospital.She was clear and calm throughout.This was by far the best eye test I ever had.Julie was patient as we found the 3 different frames I now require.Due to balance issues I can?t have varifocal or bifocals.Thank you ladies you are an amazing team.
