Went to a comedy night on Saturday 28 May. poorly organised, big gaps in the running of the 'comedians'. Too many 'intervals and absolutely a waste of money. My partner and I walked out before the second act had appeared due to hanging about for so long. Will not be returning there again

I attended Vinyl for a sports social on Wednesday. So far I had had a good night until I went to the bar to get served and after standing bar side for a few minutes, got told to move and immediately pushed off the side of the counter by a female bartender with pink braids who wanted to use the card machine near me. I waited about 25 minutes on the bar to get served after this, despite being at the front. I was blatantly being ignored by the bartender. In the end I didn?t get served, I was pulled aside by a male who claimed to be the manager and asked ?what?s the problem??, I hadn?t displayed any antisocial behaviour. I informed the ?manager? I hadn?t reported a problem but I did just get pushed off the bar side by one of his colleagues. Shortly after I left the bar due to my complaint being ignored. On exit, I was confronted outside the club by another male who also claimed to be the manager. I requested the name of the employee who had assaulted me so I could make a complaint and I was refused this. The only name I received was the employee I was confronted by outside of the club who informed me his name was ?Jack?. In short, I was told I wasn?t allowed back in for the night and there was nothing that could be done about the incident that occurred at the bar where I was assaulted. I went home extremely upset and disappointed.
