I have just visited Up and Running for the first time and have to say I was very impressed.A lovely young lad served me. I told him what I needed. I have a foot jnjury and currently have orthotics so it?s very important I get the right shoe. He was very knowledgeable about orthotics and what types of shoe would work with them. He was very polite and helpful and helped me select the right shoe.Great place to shop. I will definitely be going back again!Thank you Up and Running ?

Young fella in the shop last saturday was very helpful in determining what shoes would suit me best - I have decided in the new year to take up some running again, as I have been out of the loop of it for some time, and miss the benefits it gave me greatly. This kind young man helped pick out the perfect shoes for my budget, style and distance, and also gave me some advice on the energy gels they had for sale, including when to use them. I will certainly be returning soon, and was a lovely atmosphere in the shop altogether, thanks!

Simon was very knowledgeable and just enthusiastic enough to show me several pairs fitting my description of what I was looking for. It was probably the hardest choice I had to make in my recent shopping history, but trying all the pairs on the treadmill helped a lot. I never felt rushed for a second, although it was near closing time on Sunday. Simon was happy to answer all of my newbie questions and offer price information just after i tried them all on, and it was decision time. I got my pair of mighty Mizuno's to further try at home since my feet are a bit uneven, just enough to make finding a proper pair rather difficult.All in all, I prefer the Up & Running to any other big brand store (from Nike City London to Nike Store Glasgow): knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient,... just super-helpful amd understanding.The only place I'd go to get my next gorgeous pair of trainers, thank you!

As a new runner a few years ago, the help and service I got for my first running shoes was fantastic and set me up. I returned today for my next pair and had the same friendly, excellent knowledge and helpful service with Theo who looked after me. I would not go anywhere else.
