Terrible. Went in for a tyre and told my brakes needed doing as dangerously low pads. That's funny, brakes were done 2 weeks ago you cowboys. Women avoid this place at all costs they think we're stupid and try scare tactics with us.

What is the matter with companies wasting customers time? Booked a slot at 12 to change 2 front tyres. Got in earlier as advised, it?s now 35 minutes into the booked slot and the car hasn?t moved from the spot where I parked it. That?s three quarters of an hour wasted. Definitely not a 5-star service! EDIT 21.11.23 - First, it eventually took h and 40mins to complete the job, Second, the guy who supposed to solve the issue - never heard back from him, the review and rating will stay.

Hated the price but the work needed done and it would have been more elsewhere, they did an amazing job on my car and fixed things that had been an issue for a while, full new brakes and calipers ready for me to go to work when promised. These guys were amazing, thanks guys

Booked a 2 wheel alignment a few weeks ago, after the car was lifted up I was informed by one of the technicians that they would not perform the service, because my steering rack was leaking. I found this very surprising as I had my steering rack replaced reasonably recently. The technicians then showed me some substance around the steering rack gaiter. Even though I am not an expert it was obviously of different colour, smell and consistency than power steering fluid. They did insist it was ps fluid, even though it wasn't. Anyway, agreed to a refund, booked alignment at a different local shop (no mention of steering rack leaking there, none during recent MOT either). Do not recommend.

Had the front wheels balanced on my jeep wrangler by these guys after someone else had flipped the tyres around and hadn?t balanced them properly. My word, what a difference. Nice mannered staff and professional service. Thank you!

Previously when I?ve been here before I use to always see either Sam or Simon on the desk (I believe they were their names). Both these guys always use to be so accommodating, friendly & helpful especially when they knew what I did for living so were so accommodating with me. Today, instead of them 2 it was a bald bloke (didn?t catch his name) on the desk. He was the least helpful person I think I have ever come across, furthermore he was incredibly miserable. It felt like someone has taken over the company and things have changed there, seems a lot more depressing. The guy I spoke to just sounded like he just wanted to scam money out of me before even checking if there was an issue. I don?t know if this was because I was a young female or just so they can make money. But when Sam/Simon were/are there they were the best. Just a shame how my experience with them went today as I?ve always used tyreland for different aspects of my cars in the past.

I would like to say thank you to Scott - true honesty.This morning I had clipped a kerb and found a little slit on the outside of tyre. I took it to a local garage who told me I needed a new tyre immediately and quoted me a price for a new one. I thought I would get a comparison so took it to Tyreland where I was greeted by Scott. He took a look and told me that the slit is artificial and is just on the outer layer of my tyre causing me no risk or concern and that I didn?t need a new tyre. For a woman, often garages can be quite intimidating and you never know if you are always being told the truth, so I really appreciated Scott?s honesty and lovely customer service. I will certainly be going back to Tyreland for any future issues :)

This team are utterly fabulous. Very kindly highlighted an issue (I already know about and have booked in with my mechanic). No mugging me off because I'm a woman. They work damn hard but are always friendly and welcoming.
