A member of staff offered to chase a prescription item the surgery had missed. Although my area was not due for delivery the next day Tuckton obtained and delivered the item the next day. The recently appointed delivery driver is excellent. I have been using Tuckton for ten years and it has gone from strength to strength. The present staff are the best ever.

Standard, over produced 'package' website, all style and no substance. Where is the most important information regarding opening hours? Especially as this chemist is open a bit in the morning but closed for lunch until 2:30pm.
Okay perhaps, but why not publish the basics like opening hours on your web page?

We have been using this pharmacy for 10 ish years now, They are so friendly & welcoming. One lady in particular (has worked there for years) always asking how we are and always has time for a little chat with my son. Yes you will need to que and wait your turn to be seen because of how busy they get but they are very efficient, helpful & thorough when it's your turn. If a item is out of stock they do their best to get it the next day. The pharmacists there are superb with their advice and you can see they genuinely do care. I went in for advice for my son recently, saw the male pharmacist, he gave us advice & reccomended some things to try. I went back 2 days later for something else & he straight away asked how my son was gettinf on. In my opinion you just do not get this level of genuine care from highstreet pharmacy's, we will absolutely always use this pharmacy.

I use this Pharmacy frequently for travel information regarding health. They are very knowledgeable on vaccines that I require for travelling to out of the way countries.
And provide information on how to deal with mysterious holiday bugs. Very friendly.

The staff here are second to none! Our family has used this brilliant local pharmacy for over 10 years and they never fail to go the extra mile. Yesterday they helped me sort an urgent prescription issue and managed turn get something out of stock into my hands by that afternoon. I could not praise them more for their professionalism and authentic care they have for their customers!

A lovely lady served me today at tuckton pharmacy.
After having a terrible experience at c&m chemist belle vue rd where racial comments where made to me by the lady at till,
I moved to tuckton pharmacy and it was lovely to see smiley helpful staff.

I cannot fault the staff at this chemist. They go above and beyond to help, and always ensure my medication is ready and available. I pick up medication weekly and travel specifically across from Winton to Tuckton to use this chemist as they have been so reliable and helpful. This is an incredibly busy and thriving chemist and those working there work very hard but often don't get the recognition for all they do, so thank you!

Silas and his team are always so helpful and this is an excellent pharmacy. They are always happy to chase the surgery if the prescription hasn?t come through and get it as quickly as possible. We?ve been going for years and think they?re a great team.

My family have been using this pharmacy regularly for over 3 years for prescriptions along with Covid and Flu jabs.
It's a great team, lead by Silas.
They are happy to provide advice which helps avoid arduous trips to the doctors.
