Access from Parking to the hotel was a nightmare the intercom system did not work reported to staff who did not seem bothered. My son was booked in the first floor and he could barely sleep because of the noise from the room above .my room had 2 extra single beds which we did not need which made the room small, the bathroom was filthy shower curtain dirty hair all over, soap dispenser broken, the widows dirty and net curtain filthy, bed very uncomfortable disappointed ?Rooms: Over crowded, dirty.

Probably the worse hotel I've ever stayed in!!The room looks good but don't let that fool you. The pillows where hard and horrible. The mattress was like laying on the pavement, rock solid. Very uncomfortable worse night sleep in for ever. The shower was a waste of space. No pressure what so ever and wouldn't get hot hot more of a Luke warm temperature. It's a budget hotel but unfortunately didn't get charged a budget price!!! Ended up parking at premier Inn for free rather than paying and over night charge!

Nice enough hotel rooms were clean ect. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. Someone previously had stolen the tv remote from our room, but we were given another. The car park is crowded as is small, and full of empty beer bottles and cigarette buts. Not a nice area.

Clean, Staff friendly and Tentative and Helpful Facilities good, Breakfast Fine, Taxi Service Spot on, Close to Amenities if your staying in Bournemouth, Right on Bus Route, Personally would stay there again no problem, All in all well worth the money

Great stay very clean hotel room. Good location from town and good bus service. The room was big and really clean really impressed. Staff were really kind and lovely for my first time as solo traveller. First Travelodge stay since before COVID wouldn't go anywhere else looking forward to booking a holiday in Brighton next with Travelodge again :)Nearby activities: Pier, beach, co-op and shopping

I?m not happy my stay here. My next door all night shouting and Upstairs room people were jumping on my head whole 3 nights. Couldn?t sleep well.Location wise bit far from all shops, high street, shopping mall, eateries and drinking places even from train station. It has big parking area. Rooms are bit dim and grumpy. We had balcony room and the balcony door can?t be locked. All traffic sound and cold hitting you at night. Hand wash gel was just water nothing else. Not coming back here again ?

We stayed here in August the reception staff including the manager were rude and not helpful, the room were very hot no decent ventilation except leaving windows open, No air-conditioning, No shower gel or any soap etc in bathroom, was noisy outside with drunk people around the hotel I believe a homeless shelter next door. The breakfast there was a wait for the food to be prepared as small breakfast area was busy and un staffed. As we had kids it was like we getting rushed to eat our breakfast quickly to make space for waiting people. Our worse experience ever in Travelodge Bournemouth. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good price stayed for 3 nights. Location was good. Bed was very soft and very squeaky. Maybe needs a new mattress. Room and bathroom clean. Breakfast was OK for price but not very hot so only had it the one day.Rooms: Room was clean and tidy but mattress very soft and squeaky, maybe needs a new one.Nearby activities: Central to the town and beaches about 15 minutes walk.Walkability: Good location between Boscombe and Bournemouth . We walked everywhere but bus stop outside.

It's a Travelodge, so obviously it's basic but it's also clean, spacious and the staff are lovely. Breakfast has improved since my last Travelodge stay with Gluten Free cereals and non-dairy milks and yoghurts all now available. Nice one!

We arrived late due to ferry crossing from France and could not find any disabled parking. We had to park several hundred yards away in the adjacent road. The first room we were given was a corner room with two windows. Neither window could be closed with dreadful road noise from both roads. The sink plug was jammed and could not drain the sink. Complained and told we could have a rear room at the back of the hotel but we would probably be woken at 5.30am by hotel delivery. Not amused I made it clear I booked a room for a good night sleep. Given another room but that bay window could not be closed either. Having driven all day gave up and went to bed putting up with road noise. Staff attitude not good

The shower curtain was not long enough and, as such, the water from the shower ran on to the bathroom floor. A bath mat was not provided, so we had to use the hand towel. This meant that the bathroom floor was still very wet the next day. There was no shower gel in the shower. It was difficult to log on to the Wi-Fi. I did not included Wi-Fi at the time of booking, so this may have had something to do with it. My husband and I had to purchase Wi-Fi at £3 each.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Very relaxing and good location highly recommended first time staying in travelodge since before COVID. Now looking into staying in Brighton as quality you get is so much better than b&b standards are high and clean!

Very nice place to stay on holiday spacious room and clean, staff very helpful with everything you need, rooms very hot when sunny, but have a fan supplied, would be good just to have a top sheet instead of quilt in the summer months, otherwise everything else is fine

Staff were all friendly, helpful and kind. The key card access to the stairs and lift area made it feel very secure. I thought breakfast would be a bit basic, but the eggs were well seasoned and the mushrooms fresh and well cooked. A choice of 3 non-dairy milks and organic (dairy) yoghurt made it really impressive. Bathroom was spotless. A good location with bus stops close by, and not far from the sea. Road a bit noisy, and though the windows were double glazed, the casement design meant they didn't dampen the noise sufficiently (room was at side of hotel). Very good value, with 5 Star treatment from the staff!

Myself and my family got kicked out of our hotel room early as we were blamed for smoking even though no one was. My husband has COPD (lung disease) and had a nebuliser to help with his breathing which he told the receptionist was most likely the reason why they thought it was smoke? Regardless of this we still had to leave early. Very disappointed and disgusted at the Travelodge service! Not only this but we had a terrible night sleep as the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. We certainly won't be staying at this Travelodge or any other in the future due to such terrible treatment of guests and have warned our friends and family not to stay there either. Very unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude, uncaring and unfriendly staff.
