What an amazing company & staff!Booked our honeymoon here without any problems whatsoever.Everything we wanted was arranged, every detail we needed to know was given, every question ask was answered & all done by an absolute amazing member of staff called Holly Smith....wow! She is the best travel agent we have ever known!!!Informative, friendly, professional, compassionate etc... what else could we say...just superb!So if your thinking of using trailfinders then stop thinking & get doing!... An amazing company with staff to match...Fantastic!!!

I was ready to book tickets for a Vietnam flightI phoned at around 5pm 5/4/23 and a recorded message told me I was number 17 in the queue and wait time about 21 minutesPretty awful for a big companyI got my tickets elsewhere but suggest you hire more people to book ticketsI will never use this company again life?s too short

We're in the process of booking a holiday via Trailfinders and consultant Jack (Robins) has spent the best part of 5 hours with us. Super knowledgeable, genuinely helpful and just an all round good person, he's a real testament to the company and how customer service should be. We feel so comfortable talking to him, comes up with good ideas and very collaborative too.

Amazing holiday in Egypt including a fantastic Nile cruise. Many thanks to Simon for organising it. All transfers on time. Recommended hotels all superb. Sonesta St. George cruise couldn't be faulted, food,staff & tour guide all 5 star. Will definitely be using Trailfinders again.

TRAINS PLANES & AUTOMOBILES, plus a few FERRIES!My wife and I have just returned from a holiday to Australia. It started out as a wedding invitation in Sydney but we decided to make it into a holiday. To do this we contacted Trailfinders and spoke to Simon White. He put some suggestions to us and we decided to let him plan out a full itinerary which he did. We agreed to all of it and what a holiday we have had, it was truly amazing, a holiday of a lifetime! His planning was perfect in every aspect from fantastic hotels, trips, car hire, ferries and some real treats, afternoon tea at Raffles being one stand out. We felt like VIPs! Everything worked like clockwork and we had the back up of Viewtrail (mainly to remind us what we were doing next!)Simon, we can't thank you enough for organising it all.You will be hearing from us soon to organise a trip to the Canadian Rockies next year!Well done and thank youDavid and Julie JacksonCumbria

Tried calling 3 times when I wanted to book a holiday leaving about a week later. I couldn't get through. The recording said they were busier than usual. I guess it's hard to get staff levels right in fluctuating times.

I have had the best service from Steve at Trailfinders Bournemouth this week. We found ourselves having to change our holiday at fairly short notice and he was brilliant. We had to request a few different options until we had the right alternative and nothing was too much trouble for him. So helpful and professional and really made a difference to us this week - thank you!! Always phoned me back when he said he would, every time, even though holiday bookings are so busy for them at this time. We thoroughly recommend Steve for any of your future holiday plans.
