“We took our Granddaughter to the Bournemouth Build a Bear shop today for a treat for her fourth birthday. The girls in there made her feel so special and she was over the moon with her unicorn. From making it to sprinkling fairy dust and making a wish, ringing the bell and singing happy birthday and much,much more. Thank you . She loved it.”

“Had a fantastic time at the Stay and Play cafe today with my little one. The lift is broken but there was a super kind gentleman waiting at the entrance to help parents up the stairs and carried the pram for me. Then the lady at the till was incredibly friendly also. Both so lovely and engaging with my daughter. I wish I caught their names - truly wonderful people. The play area has a huge range of different toys and areas for children to play. All clean, tidy (to start!) and working. The session was 1.5 hours, for £5, which is great. Even at the end of it my 2, very nearly 3 year old didn't want to go home and wanted to continue playing. Will definitely be returning.”
