Didn't respond to the text opportunity to review in time, so leaving one here. Fabulous cut and colour from Frazer and Dan. Felt truly rejuvenated for it, ready for my birthday visits. Dan and Frazer are both excellent at what they do and they are great listeners, enjoyable company. They make sure you have a supply of coffee and extras. Nearly fell asleep having my hair washed so nicely by a young woman whose name I dont know but she completed the experience as perfect. It takes a long time to do a cut and colour and I don't get itchy feet because of the pampering haha. They are expensive yes, but they are top notch professionals who make my crazy hair look the business, and are lovely people so I keep going back no regrets at all. Highly recommend them and the salon ??

Really great. Definitely worth the premium just for the silver service alone - not to mention the incredibly skilled stylist? it?s great how they?ve managed to completely bypass the anxiety-inducing, snooty, uncomfortable vibes that you get in a lot of higher end salons. The staff, the small talk with the stylist etc were all cery easy going and it made for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing environment. Will definitely be back!!

This was my second appointment with Fraser. He does a lovely cut and finish.He is a great communicator - I bring some pictures and ideas and tell him what I am after and gives me some ideas that might suit me. I am quite pleased

I had a brilliant experience at the Bournemouth salon! I was booked in for a bespoke barbering service with Marc who is incredible. As an autistic person I have a lot of anxiety around getting my hair cut and I?ve never been so at ease or enjoyed the experience so much as I did yesterday. All the staff were so helpful but definitely a special shout-out to Marc who was a wizard! I?m not the best at explaining what I want but showed a couple pictures with a short description with what I wanted a bit different and he got it spot on and I am so happy with the result. He has a great energy and we had some excellent conversation but there was no pressure to have any small talk. Also to add if anyone LGBT is looking for a safe salon to have their hair done I would recommend here based on my experience. Thank you very much to Marc and the team, I?ll definitely be coming back and don?t think I?ll be going to regular barbers anytime soon!

Matthew is an incredible hairdresser and stylist who really listens to what you are asking for and is able to give good advice on what would suit you best while still fulfilling what you're asking for. I've booked with him before and I will be booking again :)

Really amazing experience with Marc today! So much love for his energy. I wanted a short, pixie styled mullet with loads of movement and texture. Similar to the "wixie", if you're familiar! He made me feel really comfortable and took great care of my hair (which is quite thin after years of bleaching and styling). Felt like visiting a very skilled, wonderful friend.I'll definitely be back! Thank you again, Marc!

I started my Toni & Guy journey many years ago in Bournemouth and today I returned there for the first time in many years.I thought my hair was in a bit of a mess and explained this to Marc?I was really scared about having my hair cut this time around as it had been a while?I don?t know what I was worrying about?Marc was amazing, he understood everything I told him and explained things back to me in a way that was clear, made me less apprehensive and I instantly felt safe on his hands. I?m trying to grow my hair and get it much more healthy.Marc helped me achieve this through a good cut but without taking lots of length, use of the right products (which were on offer too!!!), he even showed me how to blow dry my hair to get the best from my hair type and cut. I left the salon feeling really happy and I am looking forward to going back in 2024 for my next cut.On another note?.I had a colour sensitivity test and will be arranging to see Frankie to discuss colouring my hair!11/10 T&G Bournemouth?.I am more than happy to travel??because you?re worth it! Frazer is the best! Always feel great when I leave and love his personality! So chatty and welcoming and funny!, absolutely love my hair too, he cuts it perfect! And of course the baileys latte was a perfect added bonus ??

Firstly, everybody was so friendly and it was a really nice Christmassy atmosphere. Secondly, my hairdresser gave me exactly what I wanted and asked lots of questions. He was super friendly and so easy to talk to. I felt as though I could completely trust him and I am so so happy with the result!
