Warm welcome from the front of house followed by exceptional service from Gilly who was our server, Gilly was fantastic and a wonderful asset to Toby. Great roast dinner and again great service from the two Gents on the carvery.

Good food but expensive on a sunday
Parking: plenty of lovely space to park. by toby?s and outside on the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Have noticed a ramp outside for wheelchairs etc, which is good.

It was lovely hot food the service was great the chef carving the meat was really good the waitress was great welcoming and helpful it was very busy tonight

Very disappointed! Carvery was cold, potatoes hard to cut, some veggies a little dried up and very small portions of meat. Requested a seat by the window, request not noted, so asked to be reseated. Staff were very friendly and attentive, the pub was quiet, so they had time for us. It was not explained how getting the carvery worked. We have always had good meals at Northbourne but will not return again ....a great shame.

Cheap buffet breakfast if you don't want drinks. The drinks make it expensive.
Parking: Wheelchair accessible from car park with disabled parking through double doors.
