Tkmaxx please fix the elevator in your Bournemouth store ! It has been down countless times, once we got up and it stopped working and we had no other way of getting down and staff said it?ll take a while to fix; how can anyone with a wheelchair or a pram access your stores if this how it?s going? Please sort this out !

Honestly this place is sickening. How are you going to let your employees work whilst they are in poor condition and looking like they are very pale and about to pass out!? I am very disappointed and disgusted hoping that the managers and higher up managers can do better and take better care of their employees and not let them work if they are sick and suffering

Worst service! I usually buy glass products or mugs from his other store, they always help me wrap in paper or bubble warp. In here after paying, I waited for him to wrap it for me, he did nothing. So I asked if he had anything to wrap for me, he told me they had nothing and have been told how to take it away after buying it is my problem.

Love the store, the staff is very friendly extremely frustrated as 90% of the time the elevator doesn?t work at this specific store ! I have a baby with a pram! So there is no way for me to get into the store and I don?t want to use the escalator with the pram ! It happened so many times that I stopped shopping there!
