I just been ripped off on Timson shopp on riverside Avenue bournemouth, changed key fob batterie 49.99£, , I been told the same price Asda bournemouth 50£ for 30 sec job .

Really can't fault the helpful and friendly service at the branch at Tesco Extra in Bournemouth, today.
I got a new battery fitted to my car key fob. It turns out that the problem isn't the battery, but they made a couple of attempts and then immediately offered a refund- even though it was me who'd misdiagnosed the fault

Just popped in for a new battery for my watch, left my watch and realized I had a lifetime quarantine on my battery, returned with the paperwork and didn't have to pay a penny ?, man was very understanding. Highly recommend the battery for life swap

I recently visited Timpson and had the pleasure of being assisted by Roscoe. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to examine my shoes thoroughly and provided thoughtful advice on resoling, unfortunately mine were past the point of saving. Additionally, he recommended a waterproofing spray, explaining how to use it best and its benefits.

Terrible took 3 weeks to get a blank. .then went home did not work. Went back yet again. He did not really know what key I needed even though I showed him. He said come back tomorrow. So got a refundWhat sort of business you run ?

Fantastic service, the main fella (sorry can?t remember your name but you?ve got a beard) was excellent, friendly, skilled and exceptionally helpful, walked to my van in the rain whilst I did my shopping, the key worked perfectly with a chip. Then when my key remote stopped working (not the key he?d made) he sorted it and didn?t want anything for it as my battery had run out.Can?t recommend enough! Brilliant!! ?

Very helpful when I popped in to get a new car key. Expected to pay a significant amount for a new electronic key, but he went to the effort to see if he could save the expensive parts of my broken key... Which he did despite it seeming to be super glued together! Went above and beyond to make it as cheap as possible despite excellent service and then spotted my blue light card and without asking took 10% off. Very knowledgeable about car keys, good job and kind chap.

Very kind man ( I think it was Glenn) repaired my son?s watch strap for free!!! Whilst no new part was needed we really appreciate his kind and cheerful service.

Took in daughter?s shoe for repair as one of the delicate straps had come adrift. Glenn glued it and wouldn?t take payment. He warned that there was no guarantee that it will hold but he was just so helpful and kind. Daughter delighted - thank you!
