Went to get some keys cut yesterday,. Shop opening hours shown in the window were 9am to 5.30pm. Arrived at 3.30pm to find a locked door and a sign up saying they'd just popped out and advertising a 10% discount for anyone who waited until their return. I waited for at least 20 minutes but no one arrived during that time....
