I had visted Timpsons in New Milton last week, i was told that my watch battery could not be replaced as the back was fixed shut, i then brought it here to Geoff and within 10 minutes i was walking out with a perfectly working watch. No fuss at all. I don't normally leave reviews but very thankful it could be done.

I've been using this store for all various services for ages and I must say that even something was not right the gentleman there always fixed it straight away anytime I turned up without any problems. I can definitely recommend this Timpson to anyone.

As per a lot of people:Got a key cut for £9 which is expensive, the key did not work, asked for a refund, got a mouth full of abuse and got swore at!I am actually very annoyed, if he spoke to my wife like that...How the hell is he still employed?The Key cutters in Kinson is £5 and you don't get any abuse!Avoid.

Shop in Asda Bournemouth closes at 6 pm at 5.50 already almost shut down. Someone grumpy was still there and I had to beg to get 2 keys cut, he did not want to do, he was saying it was too late and that he was there since 9 am. I replied saying still 10 min until the closure of the shop and that everyone start to work at 9!!people like that should change job!!

Timpson At Asda BournemouthThe man that works in this shop is fairly (extremely) rude with no work morale, I went into the shop around 5:15 pm on a Thursday (internet says the shop shuts at 6:00 pm) to ask if they open holes on belts. The extremely rude man shouted at me ?that it is too little, and I?ve should come to the shop earlier. He could barely be bothered. I work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and that was the only time I found to go to that shop.Keep away from the Asda Timpson. This shop should be closed or at least the employees should have some manner to work with public.unbelievably poor customer service! Avoid at all cost, for any help or advice try anywhere else but here!If I could I would put -5 stars, the employee is horrible, they?re rude and racist and with absolutely no manners to be working with public!! Awful person!!!
