5* A thoroughly relaxing experience. From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was welcomed in by all the staff. The salon is warm, clean, and very comftable. The treatment room was warmly lit by candle light with nattural scents filling the air, and was a comftably warm temperature. While soothing music played in the background I was allowed all the time needed to get changed relax, then enjoyed a very professional massage followed by an equally professional facial, the products used were glorious and Ive left feeling brand new all round.

Files were dirty with old paint colours on them. The towel used to put my hands on had at least 4 different colours of polish on. The sterilising fluid had flakes and lumps in. Took the polish off as soon as I got home for fear of infection. The young girl that did my nails had a good technique for a beginner but colour did run a few times onto the skinService: Manicure

I used to visit this salon many years ago; it was always excellent, but I didn't live in Bournemouth permanently. Jacky- the owner- is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything she is doing. My massage left my body feeling very relaxed and my facial left my skin hydrated and soft.Service: Massage
